Services for Darlene E. Williams, 65 of Fremont who died June 3, 1994 at Memorial Hospital of Dodge County will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 7 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses with Elder Mike Lewis officiating. Burial will be in Lilac Garden at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Omaha.

Darlene E. Williams was born August 5, 1928 at Arlington to Julius and Mary Goldberg Hass. She was a lifetime resident of the Arlington and Fremont area.

She attended Arlington High School, graduating in 1946. She then attended Midland Lutheran College for one year.

She worked 17 years at Hanson Audit and Abstract Company in Fremont as a secretary/bookkeeper. She then worked for 10 years at J. C. Penny in the payroll department.

She was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

She married Willard Williams June 8, 1947 in Arlington.

She was preceded in death by her father, Julius and two brothers.

She is survived by daughters Gini (Mrs. Gary) Brescia and Vicki (Mrs. Mike) Werner, both of Fremont; her mother, Mary Hass, Fremont; a brother, Leroy Hass of Fremont; grandchildren, Bryan Brescia of Omaha and Trevor Brescia, Jeremy Werner, Angela (Mrs. Jason) Pflueger and Tiffany Werner, all of Fremont, and two great-grandsons, Ian and Ethan Brescia of Fremont.

Memorials may go to Kingdome Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
