MARY SPRINGGATE DECEASED

Mary M. Springgate was born in Breckenridge Co., Kentucky, November 5, 1903, came to Nebraska with her parents February 11, 1910 where she died April 18, 1918, aged 14 years, 5 months, 18 days. She attended the Whitford school, being in the eighth grade when stricken.

Mary was of a quiet cheerful disposition, loved by all who knew her. Six of her girl friends were pall bearers. A large number of friends and relatives followed the remains to their last resting place in the Arlington Cemetery. Rev. Bashford preached the funeral sermon.
