Services for Margaret A. Williams, 99 who died May 23, 1994 at the Tekamah Nursing Center in Tekamah are 11 a.m. Thursday, May 26 at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Tekamah. Rev. Brian D. Maas will officiate. Burial will be in the Blair Cemetery.

Margaret A. Williams was born March 28, 1895 near Neola, Iowa to Nels and Nelsine Sorensen Petersen.

She married Victor Williams of Omaha July 11, 1918 at Plattsmouth, Nebraska. They moved to the Herman area in 1932.

She was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Tekamah.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Victor in 1937; two brothers and three sisters.

She is survived by four daughter and sons-in-law, Dorothy and Allan Yowell of Herman, Betty and Robert Lane of Caruthers, California; Rita and Wayne Lipps and Joyce and John Peck, all of Tekamah; a sister-in-law, Alice Petersen of Minot, North Dakota; 12 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

Elaine Chamberlain will be organist. Sean Swanson, accompanied by Nancy Hanson will be vocalist.

Casket bearers will be Joe Fitch, John Vogel, Jon Potadle, Bruce Skinner, Frank Korshoj and Bob Brodersen.

Hamel-Peck-Pelan Funeral Home in Tekamah is in charge of arrangements.
