GARY L. SALTZMAN, 54

Gary L. Saltzman, 54, of Ellsworth, Kan., died Sept. 1, 2001, at his home.

Graveside services and interment were held Tuesday, Sept. 4, at Buckeye Cemetery in rural Kanopolis, with Dr. John Snook officiating.

Gary L. Saltzman was born Feb. 20, 1947 in Tekamah to Robert and Marian (Ford) Saltzman. On Oct. 17, 1987, he married Darla Copas in Salina. Mr. Saltzman had lived in Ellsworth for the past four years. He was employed at B & B Plumbing in Ellsworth.

He is survived by his wife, Darla, of Ellsworth; son, Bret Dunlap of Battle Mount Mesa, Colo.; daughters, Kellie Mae Saltzman of Nebraska; and Sumer Saltzman of Salina, Kan.; one grandchild; mother, Marian Saltzman of Salina; brothers, Bob Saltzman, also of Salina; and Don of Glen Elder, Kan.; sisters, Carol Milleson of Falun, Kan.; and Verna Hulett of Smolon, Kan.

Memorials are suggested to the Ellsworth County Ambulance Service.

Parsons Funeral Home in Ellsworth was in charge of arrangements.
