Frank Wisdom

Word was received on Tuesday of last week of the death of Frank Wisdom at his home in Leavenworth, Kans., from a paralytic stroke. His wife is a sister of Mrs. Frank Pike and Mrs. Hans Peter Christensen, of this city. Mr. and Mrs. Byron Beard took Mr. and Mrs. Frank Pike and Mrs. Thos. J. Rodgers down in his car Wednesday and Mrs. Christensen and Mrs. Nelson went down on the train for the funeral on Friday. Frank was a member of the Masonic lodge and was given a Masonic burial. He was also a member of the Ku-Klux-Klan and a burial service was also conducted by robed Klansmen, which Mrs. Rodgers tells us was a very beautiful and impressive one. Mr. Wisdom formerly lived in Blair but had been in the second hand store business down there for a number of years. He was but 56 years of age. He leaves his wife and seven children, three boys and four girls, three of whom are living at home, the others being married. All returned home Sunday.
