Services held for Harland H. Wolcott

Harland H. Wolcott, 89, Arlington and formerly of Hooper, died Saturday, Nov. 12, 1988, at Memorial Hospital of Dodge County.

Mr. Wolcott was born Aug. 30, 1899 at Hooper. He was raised in the Hooper-Winslow area and farmed southeast of Hooper for 50 years before retiring in 1974. He has lived with his daughter in Arlington since 1982.

He married Beulah M. Jensen June 3, 1925 in Fremont. She died Dec. 2, 1974.

Survivors include three daughters, Bonnie (Mrs. Charles) Martin, Arlington, Lois (Mrs. LeVern) Carlson, Hooper, and Delores Bartling, Fremont; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at Reckmeyer-Moser Funeral Home, Arlington. The Rev. Robert Saunders officiated. Visitation was at the funeral home. Burial was in Hooper Cemetery.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harland and Eunice (Bullock) Wolcott; his wife, Beulah; brother, George; and sister, Grace Thiele.

Organist was Ruby House and soloist was Mike Jorn.

Pallbearers were Todd Martin, Mike Winter, David Carlson, Gerald Carlson, Kirk Bartling and David Huddle.
