Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, February 23, at First United Methodist Church in Blair for Dorothy Wolf, 87, of Blair who died at Memorial Community Hospital February 20, 1990. Dr. Howard Bailey will officiate. Burial will be in the Sunset Cemetery in Danville, Illinois.

There will be no visitation.

Dorothy E. Wolf was born September 3, 1902 at Cissna Park, Illinois to Joseph H. and Rose Evelyn Brock Bishop. She graduated from Cissna Park High School.

She married Delmar F. Wolf June 2, 1931 at Buckley, Illinois. They lived in Florida, the Phillipines, Washington State, Colorado, California and Germany during the time Delmar served in the Air Force for 30 years.

She moved to Fort Calhoun in 1982 to be with her son, Dana. In 1985, she moved to Crowell Memorial Home where she resided until her death.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Delmar in 1968; one son, Norman; one brother and three sisters.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Dana and Judy Wolf of Fort Calhoun; five grandchildren, David Wolf and Diana Lechtenberger, both of Omaha, Beverley Wolf, Tom Wolf and Michael Wolf, all of California; and one great-grandson, Kyle Lechtenberger.
