MRS. SOREN WOLSMANN RITES TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 12TH

Mrs. Faye Dornacker Wolsmann was born May 18, 1905, near Arlington, Nebraska. She was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith by Rev. Rasmussen.

She graduated from the Blair High School with the class of 1924, also attended school at Wayne State Teachers College and Midland College of Fremont. She began teaching in 1924 and taught until 1943.

She was married to Andrew Sorensen on August 21, 1943 in Fremont, Nebraska and they farmed near Kennard. He preceded her in death.

She was a member of the Hospital Auxiliary of the Blair Memorial Community Hospital, a member of Good Shepherd Auxiliary and also Vice President of this Auxiliary, a member of the March Mixers Club and Women of Emmaus in Kennard, was Stewardship Secretary of American Lutheran Church Women of Omaha-Lincoln Conference.

On August 21, 1971 she was married to Soren Wolsmann of Blair.

She is survived by her husband, Soren, and his children, one brother Louis of El Paso, Texas, two nephews and one niece. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Fredrick.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, September 12th, at 2 p.m. at the Emmaus Lutheran Church. The Rev. Joseph Myers will officiate. Burial will be in the Kennard Cemetery. The Bendorf Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
