LARRY SCARPINO, 23
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, September 13, at First Lutheran Church in Blair for Larry Scarpino, 23, who died September 10, 1989 after an apparent heart attack.
Larry Scarpino was born in Omaha, Nebraska on March 22, 1966. He graduated from Blair High School in 1984.
He served in the United States Army from 1985 to 1987 and received a medical discharge. He attended the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and was attending Dana College at the time of his death.
He is survived by his parents, Louis and Nancy Scarpino; two brothers, Ramon, Los Angeles, California; Christopher, North Bend, Nebraska; and two sisters, Stephanie Jumps, Malvern, Iowa and Renee of Blair, Nebraska. He is also survived by his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Kersten, Wittenberg, Wisconsin and Mrs. Joseph Scarpino, Omaha; and two nieces and two nephews, Marc, Lacy, Erika and Louie.
Campbell-Aman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
