Tuesday Services Planned For Ola F. Sorensen

Tuesday services are planned for 79 year old Ola F. Sorensen. Ola died Saturday, February 17, at the Blair Hospital.

Ola F. Sorensen was born on October 6, 1899 at Kennard, Nebraska. He was married to the former Eldora Dempsey. The couple was engaged in farming in the Kennard area.

Services will be at 2 p.m. on Tuesday at the Grace Methodist Church in Kennard. Rev. John Fritzmeier and Rev. James Warn will officiate. Campbell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements with burial in the Kennard Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife Eldora, of Kennard; two children and five grandchildren. The children are: Donald Sorensen, Omaha; Richard Sorensen, Omaha. He is also survived by a brother and a sister. They are: Lester Sorensen, Kennard; and Mrs. Carl (May) Lund of Fremont.

Pallbearers will be Robert Wilkins, Harlan Christensen, Roscoe Anderson, John Anderson, Lloyd Jacob and Donald Jensen.

Honorary pallbearers are: Glen Rosenbaum, Harold W. Rasmussen, Claus Schneider, John Lorsch, Kenneth Hunter and Harold Misfeldt.
