DAUGHTER OF BLAIR COUPLE DIES IN OMAHA
Mrs. Harold Schafer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mark Claridge of Blair, died early Thursday following a prolonged illness of cancer. She died at an Omaha hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Schafer lived at 4702 Davenport Street, Omaha.
Mrs. Schafer (Shirley) is survived by her husband and by three children, Gary, who is presently a missionary in Spain; JoAnn Clayton, of Omaha and Carol Jane, who lives with her parents. There are also two grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she is also survived by two sisters: Mrs. Grant Perry (Frances) of Houston, Texas and Mrs. Howard Risor, of Norfolk, Nebraska.
Funeral services were held Saturday morning at the Crosby-Kunold Burket Funeral Chapel at 32nd Avenue and Farnam Streets, Omaha.
