David Winslow, Former Blair Man, Died at Osceola

David M. Winslow, a former Blair man but a resident of Osceola, Nebraska, for the past 8 years, died at the Osceola Hospital Saturday, October 5th. His death was attributed to a heart attack. He was 47 years of age. The deceased was born May 25th, 1927, in Nodaway County, Missouri. He was a veteran of World War II.

He had lived in Osceola for the past eight years.

He was the owner of the Polk County Equipment Company at Osceola, a firm dealing in farm machinery.

He is survived by his wife, Gaynele and by four sons and a daughter. The sons are Terry Winslow, of Grand Island, David L. of Osceola, and James and George who were living at home. A daughter, Marjorie is also still at home.

A sister, Maxine Winslow, lives at Osceola and a brother Andy Winslow, lives in Blair. There are two grandchildren.

Funeral services were held in Osceola Monday at the Kepner-Roberts Funeral Home. Father James Rooch conducted the services and burial was made in the Osceola Cemetery.
