David Woodcock Buried at Fremont Last Monday

Funeral services were held Monday for David Carl Woodcock, 68, 1303 East Fourth St., Fremont, at the Fontanelle Lutheran Church. He had been, at one time, a farmer north of Fontanelle.

The Rev. Otto Spehr officiated, and burial was at Memorial Cemetery in Fremont.

Mr. Woodcock was a retired farmer, and had been an employee of the Fremont Park Department. He had been ill a short time before his death at the Dodge County Community Hospital.

Born June 24, 1898 on a farm near Arlington. Mr. Woodcock married Lillie Petersen at Hooper September 12, 1937.

He is survived by his wife; three children, Larry of Fremont, Emily and Rodney, both of Lincoln; a brother, Henry of Arlington; and a sister, Mrs. Emma Hand of North Bend.
