Andrew G. Wrich, 71

Funeral services for Andrew G. Wrich, 71, of Kennard, were held Saturday, June 5, 2004, at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home in Blair. Mr. Wrich died Thursday, June 3, at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair.

Andrew G. Wrich was born Oct. 3, 1932, in Orum to Otto and Dora (Wiese) Wrich. “Andy” had lived almost all of his life in the Kennard area.

Oct. Oct. 19 1971, he married Delores Waltke.

Mr. Wrich was an asphalt filler for Dugdale Construction until his retirement in 1994.

He enjoyed fishing, camping, gardening, and just being outdoors.

He is survived by his wife, Delores; daughter and son-in-law, Andrea and Mike Schneider of Tekamah; four stepdaughters and sons-in-law, Norma and Vinton Kephart of Tekamah, Joyce and Kenny Yarber, Denise and Lenny Veeder and Jane and Kevin Matzen, all of Blair; sister, LeuEtta Wulbern of Kennard; brother, Larry Wrich of Lincoln; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Alvin.
