Services were held Friday, December 21 at Olinger Mortuary in Colorado for Chris H. Wrich, 94, of Denver, Colorado, who died December 18, 1990 at the Hospice of St. Johns. Burial was in Crown Hill Cemetery.

Chris H. Wrich was a native of Kennard, Nebraska where he was a farmer until 1943 when he retired from farming. He was employed as a mechanic for United Airlines at Cheyenne, Wyoming until 1946 when they moved to Denver. There he was employed as a diesel mechanic for I.C.X., a trucking company. He later owned his own automobile repair shop until his retirement in 1960.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Iola Sappenfield Wrich, in 1979.

Survivors include three daughters, Esther Hitchman of Kennewick, Washington, Georgia Runacres of Camarillo, California and Priscilla Kiefer of Arvada, Colorado; nine grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; one sister, Marie Japp of Kennard and a sister-in-law, Dora Wrich of Blair.
