Services for Hilda Wrich of rural Kennard, Nebraska, who died at Methodist Hospital in Omaha October 12, 1991 will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, October 15 at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home. Burial will be in the German Cemetery.

Hilda Wrich was born July 4, 1898 at Kennard, Nebraska to Henry and Catherine Lohse Wrich. She moved, with her parents, to Blair in 1923 and lived in Blair until 1948 at which time she moved to rural Kennard, where she resided with her niece, Jeanette Schneider. She made her permanent home with her in 1986.

She spent her life caring for her parents, working at Lacy’s Café and caring for her great-nephews David, Richard and Dan Schneider.

She was preceded in death by her parents her brothers Charles and Harry Wrich and great-nephew, Richard Schneider.

She is survived by her three nieces and nephews, Jeanette and Ray Schneider, Leora and Frank Ackley and Corrine and Bob Becker of California; two nephews, William and Joyce Wrich of Kennard and Virgil and Shirley Wrich of Blair; and two sisters-in-law, Hulda Wrich and Helen Wrich. She is also survived by “her boys” and their families, Dan and Judy, Dan Jr., Elliot, Kelsey and Derrick Schneider and Dave, Mary and Karly Schneider, all of Kennard.

Memorials may go to the German Cemetery.
