Funeral services for Karyn Wrightson, 17 of Blair, who died at her residence on April 26, 1991, were held Monday, April 29 at First Lutheran Church. Burial was in the Blair Cemetery.

Karyn Elizabeth Wrightson was born January 18, 1974 in Omaha, Nebraska to Lyman and Donna Tighe Wrightson. She was a junior at Blair High School at the time of her death. She was involved in cross country, basketball manager, Spanish Club, choir, school musical and was an honor student.

She was also employed at No Frills.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, William Wrightson and her great-grandfather, Chris Larson.

Surviving her in death are her parents, Lyman and Donna; one brother, Bryan and four sisters, Becky, Barbara, Cyndi and Rachel, all of Blair; her grandparents, Lydia Wrightson, Norfolk, Nebraska and Francis and Frances Tighe, Neola, Iowa, and her great-grandmother, Myrtle Larsen, of Council Bluffs, Iowa.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Hoe was in charge of arrangements for the service.
