Eveline Wrinkle, 97, of Ontario, died Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2003, at an Ontario care center.

Graveside services were Jan. 28, at Evergreen Cemetery, Ontario, Ore.

Evelene Ernestine Merie Wrinkle was the second child born on Feb. 25, 1905, in Tekamah to Andrew and Sena (Helms) Jenson.

On Feb. 12, 1922, she married Russell H. Wrinkle at Tekamah. The couple had one son.

They lived in Nebraska until 1934, when they moved to Oregon and lived at Harper, Beulah and than moved to Ontario in 1962.

Mrs. Wrinkle had a real love for her family and for dancing.

She is survived by a granddaughter and husband, Merie and Les Linegar of Ontario, and a grandson and wife, Roy and Whitney Wrinkle of Salem, Ore.; daughter-in-law, Betsy Wrinkle of Ontario; and sister and brother-in-law, Violet Wulff Lawson and Bob Lawson of Blair; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Russel; son, Carrol; three sisters, Maytie Halgreen, Erma May, and Esther Wulff, and two brothers, Merle and Newman Jenson.
