Funeral services for William C. Wulbern, Sr., age 97, who died Tuesday, October 30, 1990 at Crowell Home will be held Thursday, November 1, 1990 at 2 p.m. at the Campbell-Aman Funeral Chapel. Rev. Ron Meiers will officiate. Burial will be in the Blair Cemetery.

William Wulbern was born December 10, 1892 in Kennard, Nebraska to Conrad A.T. and Emma Lange Wulbern. He attended Sunny Side District School. He worked and farmed his entire life in and around Kennard.

On December 29, 1915, he married Margaret Vogt in the Crowell Home Mansion. She preceded him in death in June of 1948.

He moved to Blair in 1949 and has resided at Crowell Home since 1979.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, four brothers and one sister.

He is survived by son and daughter-in-law, William, Jr. and Leu Etta of Kennard; by daughter and son-in-law, Rose and William J. Lammers of Blair; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. A sister, Meta Kuhl of Arbor Manor, Fremont, also survives.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
