Fred Wulf Ries Tuesday, May 2

Mr. Fred Wulf died Sunday at the Blair Community Memorial Hospital where he had been for about a week.

He was born February 26, 1886 in Blair to Mr. and Mrs. Detluf Wulf, Sr. His wife, Emma Hagge died in 1913. On January 5, 1916 he was married to Annie Stender. She passed away in September 1961.

He is survived by three sons, Freddie of Hudson, Iowa, Eggert and Earl of Blair, 10 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Mr. Wulf farmed west of Blair until 1940 and had lived in Blair for the past 27 years. He was employed at a number of business houses during that time and was well like by everyone he was associated with.

Burial was in the Blair Cemetery on May 2nd following funeral services at the Orum Immanuel Lutheran Church at 2 P.M. The Rev. Harold C. Jorgensen officiated. The Bendorf Mortuary was in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers were six nephews: Bernard and James Wulf, Clarence Kuhr, Chester Auch, Fred Schumacher and Byron Bergman. Honorary pallbearers were: Paul V. Hansen, Waldo Hancock, Ralph Vinton, Wayne Steinbaugh and Milo Jeppesen.
