The funeral services of Mrs. Sam Belville were held at the Baptist church, Saturday afternoon at 2 o’clock, Rev. P.H. Peterson officiating. Music was furnished by Miss Eledyce Godsey, Mrs. P.H. Peterson, Edgar Skinner and C.R. Gray, with Mrs. O.H. Godsey at the piano. Interment was made in the Herman Cemetery.

Mrs. Samuel Belville, age 62, passed away at her home here on Thursday evening, June 14. She has been a patient sufferer for years, having suffered a paralytic stroke several years ago. She has been very low for the past two weeks and every care that loving hearts could give was showered on her. The family of nine children all gathered at the home at that time, some had returned to their homes, but came again for the last sad rites which occurred Saturday. She is survived by her husband and nine children: Wm. of Wymore, Nebr., Ed of Lyons, Sam Jr. of North Platte, Homer of Hemmingford, Mrs. Della Davis of Emerson, Mrs. Gertrude Lindmar of Detroit, Mich., Mrs. Ruth Patnaude of Omaha, Mrs. Margaret Trowbridge and Miss Cosma Belville of Herman. One child died in infancy. Funeral services were held at the Baptist church Saturday afternoon at two o’clock, Rev. Petersen officiating. Interment was made in the Herman cemetery.
