WM. SCHEER DIED AT AGE OF 82
Services for Wm. J. Scheer were held at Pilger Lutheran Church Sunday at 2 o’clock. He passed away Thursday at the age of 82. He was born north of Fontanelle, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Scheer. He was baptized and confirmed in Emmanuel Lutheran Church and was married to Louisa Pawling. She preceded him in death December 14, 1962, also a son, his parents, brother and one sister.
Survivors are 2 sons, Ivan of California, Lyle of Norfolk, one daughter Irma of Pilger, 2 brothers Henry of Blair, Walter of Winslow, 2 sisters, Lenora Wilkening and Emma of Winslow, 8 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
