Services for Jacqueline L. “Jackie” Schenkel, 66 of Bennington were June 1, 1995 at Roeder Mortuary in Omaha. Burial was in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
She was a past president and member of the American Legion Post No. 1 Auxiliary.
She is survived by her husband, Robert L. Schenkel of Bennington; two sons and daughter-in-law, Terry and Mary Bruner and Steve Bruner, all of Omaha; two daughters and sons-in-law, Cindy and Pat O’Brien of Minnesota and Nancy and Dennis Brinson of Omaha; three step-children; 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
