Funeral services were held at Campbell Funeral Home on Sunday, August 22, for Jessie Chloe Wunner, 89, who died August 20, 1982, at Crowell Memorial Home in Blair.

The Rev. Harold Dodson conducted the services. Burial was in the Stanton Cemetery with services there at 10 a.m. Monday, August 23.

Jessie Chole Wunner was born February 17, 1893, at Rock Port, Missouri, to John Andrew and Minnie Adele Stickerod Knierim. She was a secretary for Pottawattamie County.

She was married to Alfred Wunner, who preceded her in death.

She was also preceded in death by her parents and two sisters.

She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Norman (Evelyn) Backhaus, Leawood, Kansas, and Mrs. James (Hallie Lee) Standard, DePierre, Wisconsin. Three grandchildren; and two sisters, Gussie McDonald, Wisner, Nebraska; and Crete Kemerling, Omaha, also survive her.

Campbell Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for the services.
