MRS. TOM LEEHY DIED AT OMAHA HOSPITAL SUNDAY

Nita L. Leehy, wife of Thomas Leehy, a native Blair man and former resident here, died Saturday, November 8, at the Methodist Hospital in Omaha.

Mr. Leehy is an athletic coach at Gretna, Nebraska and the couple lived at 406 North Park Drive in Gretna. Mrs. Leehy, prior to her illness, had been employed as a teller in a Gretna bank.

Mrs. Leehy was born at Mt. Pleasant, Iowa, September 17, 1942. She was 33 years of age.

The couple has seven children, all living at home. They are Ann, Reen, Ryan, Mary, Brendan, Patrick and Kevin.

In addition, Mrs. Leehy is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Keeley, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She has three brothers, Dennie Keeley and Tim Keeley, both residents of California; and Mick Keeley of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. A sister, Mrs. Maury Kieler, lives at Cedar Rapids.

Rosary was held at the Campbell Mortuary Monday evening and burial service was conducted at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Tuesday morning. The Rev. Thomas Hitch conducted the service. Burial under the direction of Campbells, was made in Holy Cross Cemetery at Blair.
