CHARLES SALSBURY DIED TUESDAY AT BLAIR HOSPITAL
Charles Salsbury, a long-time Blair resident, died Tuesday at Memorial Community Hospital. A resident of Park View Manor, he had been hospitalized but a short time.
He was born in Denver, Colorado May 5, 1898 and was 72 years of age at his death. He was a machinist by trade.
He is survived by his wife, Anna Lamb Salsbury and by a son, Gene Salsbury, of Blair. Other survivors are two brothers, William Salsbury of Wood River, Nebraska; and Glen Salsbury of Blair. There are also two sisters, Mrs. Ellen Purcell and Mrs. Dora Barger, both of Tekamah, Nebraska.
Funeral services will be held Friday at the Campbell Mortuary with the Rev. John Bauserman conducting the service. Interment will be in the Blair Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Earl Kahlandt, Ted Jarosz, Clayton Arnold, Ernest Andersen, John Daniels and Guy Stricklett.
