MRS. JESSIE WAY, FORMER KENNARD WOMAN, IS BURIED
Services for Mrs. Jessie Way, 82, formerly of Kennard, were held Wednesday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Papillion.
Mrs. Way died Sunday at Clarkson Hospital in Omaha after a brief illness.
She was born March 27, 1888, in Papillion, where she lived most of her life.
The former Jessie Sweenie married Chancie Way May 26, 1908. He died in 1947.
She is survived by four sons, Glenn, Fremont; Vernon, Papillion; Lester, Anaheim, Calif.; and Dean, Villisca, Iowa; one daughter, Mrs. Harry (Thelma) Beck, Weeping Water; 14 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Burial was in the Cedardale Cemetery at Papillion.
