Funeral services were held Saturday, March 13, at the Arlington Community Church in Arlington for Ellen A. Anderson, 84, who died March 11, 1982, at St. Francis Hospital in West Point.

Rev. Gerald Senn conducted the services. Burial was in Arlington Cemetery.

Ellen A. Anderson was born June 1, 1897, at Arlington. She married Oscar Adnerson, Sr.

She lived in Arlington until 1944 and then moved to Arlington. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and Royal Neighbors.

She was preceded in death by her husband on March 26, 1962.

She is survived by two sons, Oscar Anderson, Fort Worth, Texas; Gordon Anderson, Sylmar, California; and one daughter, Mrs. Verin (Carol) Faltin of Howells. Nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Charles Anderson, Dan Birchem, Harry Pokorney, Dave Faltin, Mark Eikmeier, and Chuck Faltin.

Piano and Organ duets were played by Mrs. Ruby House and Mrs. Leslie Parr.

Reckmeyer Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for the services.
