Robt. Madsen Died Monday

Died at Farm Home West of Blair Early Monday Morning

Robert (Bob) Madsen, 71 years of age, of the Rose Hill district, died suddenly early this (Monday) morning at his farm home.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 p.m. at the First Lutheran Church in Blair, the Rev. George Palleson officiating, with interment in Orum Cemetery.

Mr. Madsen was born July 3, 1890 in Washington County. He has lived on the same farm for the past 49 years. He operated the farm with his brothers, Nels, Walter and Elmer.

Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Chris Korshoj of Herman and Mrs. Ed Mencke of Blair; five brothers, Nels, Walter and Elmer, of Blair; Harry, of Blair, and Albert of Herman.
