Services For John Maher Held In Calif.

Funeral services for John J. Maher of La Mirada, California, were held at St. Paul of the Cross Church Tuesday morning, March 13, 1979. Burial was at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Irene, two sons William and John, two daughters Diane and Kathleen, eight grandchildren, and a sister, Mary, all living in that area.

His parents were William J. and Winifred Maher of Blair. He was born June 23, 1918 and graduated from Blair High School in 1935. He was married August 31, 1940 to Irene Nielsen of Kennard and then moved to California.
