LaRue E. Mahlo, 67, of Lincoln, died Saturday, Nov. 30, 2002 at her home. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 4, at Piedmont Park Seventh Day Adventist Church, 4801 “A” St., Lincoln. Graveside services will be 3 p.m. Wednesday at the Blair Cemetery.

LaRue E. Mahlo was born March 4, 1935, in Blair to Clarence and Mae (Wilkins) Hansen.

On March 4, 1959, she married Calvin C. Mahlo in Fremont.

She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Ron and Stephanie Mahlo of Lincoln, and Mike Mahlo of Chattanooga, Tenn.; daughter and son-in-law, Patti and Jeff Neligh of Littleton, Colo.; six grandchildren; one great-grandson; two brothers, Keith Hansen of Fremont and Bill Hansen of Walla Wala, Wash.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin, in November, 2002.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Calvin Mahlo Scholarship Fund at Union College in Lincoln.
