RITES HELD FOR EUGENE BUNN, 8

With Rev. D. A. McCullough, the pastor officiating, rites were held Saturday afternoon at two o’clock from the Methodist church for Robert Eugene Bunn, eight year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Byron Bunn, who are farmers north of Blair. The youngster died after an operation for appendicitis, the appendix having ruptured before he could be brought here.

Robert was born January 4, 1927 at the Bunn farm home north of Blair. He attended the Kindred country school and also the Sunday school which was held each Sunday in the school building.

EUGENE BUNN LAID TO REST SATURDAY

FUNERAL RITES ARE HELD AT BLAIR M.E. CHURCH SATURDAY

Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at the Methodist Episcopal church in Blair for Eugene Bunn, 8, son of Mr. and Mrs. Byron Bunn of near Herman. Rites were conducted by Rev. D. A. McCullough, and burial was made in the Blair cemetery.

Robert Eugene was born January 4, 1927, on the Bunn farm near Herman. He was in the third grade at Kindred school when death, following an operation for acute appendicitis, took him. He passed away at the Court View hospital at Blair.

He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Byron Bunn; one sister, Mary Ann, aged 5, and one brother, Jack, aged 4.
