Former Blairite Dies In California

Mrs. Paul Markman, nee Madeline McKay, died at La Jolla, California on Saturday morning, September 3rd.

Mrs. Markman, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John McKay, was born in Blair on April 14, 1901, and was a graduate of Blair High School.

She is survived by one brother, Willard McKay, of Scribner, and one nephew, James McKay, of Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Her husband, Paul, preceded her in death in December, 1965.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, September 6, at Cypress View Chapel and burial was made at Cypress View Mausoleum in La Jolla, California.
