Annie T. Marr, 79

Funeral services for Annie T. Marr, age 79, of Fort Calhoun are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 25, at the First United Methodist Church in Blair, with burial in the Fort Calhoun Cemetery.

Annie T. Sondrol was born on May 26, 1909 in Reynolds, North Dakota to Asle and Inger Quammen Sondrol. She graduated from Reynolds High School in 1927 and in 1933 graduated from Deaconess Hospital School of Nursing, Grand Forks, North Dakota in 1933.

On September 27, 1941 she married Clarence Marr at East Grand Forks, Minnesota. She lived in Minneapolis with her sister, Gladys, until 1945 at which time her husband was discharged from the service.

They then moved to Reynolds, North Dakota where they farmed until moving to Fort Calhoun in 1954. Annie was a life member of the Fort Calhoun American Legion Auxiliary.

Annie is survived by her husband, Clarence; two daughters, Camilla (Mrs. Robert) Borgelt, Blair and Jeanine Marr, Colorado Springs, Colorado; five sons, Rev. Kenneth Marr, Aurora, Colorado, Ward Marr, Omaha, Tony Marr, Fort Calhoun, John Marr, Fremont and Terry Marr of Roseburg, Oregon. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Emma Sondrol, Hatton, North Dakota and Gladys Fearon, Minneapolis, Minnesota; one brother, Alvin Sondrol of Reynolds, North Dakota; one sister-in-law, Beulah Sondrol, Grand Forks, North Dakota and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Selmer, Knute and Elmer and one sister, Marie.
