FATHER OF BLAIR RESIDENT DIED AUGUST 18

Ralph Rafiner, life-long resident of Kansas City and father of Ralph Rafiner of Blair, died August 18. He was buried August 21 at the Mt. Moriah Cemetery. He is also survived by his wife, Leonora and three grandchildren. Mr. Rafiner was very prominent in the Masonic Lodge, Eastern Star and Northeast Shrine Club.
