Word has been received of the death of Don Davis of 3131 Copa DeAro, Los Alamitos, California, 90720.

He died Sunday, July 15. He was the son of Mrs. May Davis of Blair.

Son of Blair Woman Dies in California

Don M. Davis, son of Mrs. May Davis, passed away on Sunday, July 15, 1979.

For the last 20 years, Don and his family have lived in Los Alamitos, California. However, as a young man, Don lived in Blair. His mother has lived in Blair for many years.

His wife, Chris Davis, was a teacher in Blair while Don was flying with the Army Air Corps during World War II. Don recently retired as a Branch Chief after 37 years of service with the Federal Aviation Agency.

He is survived by his wife, Chris; one son, Brian; two daughters, Jean and Donna; his mother, May; and his sister, June.
