Steve Parker, son of Henrietta Belt and David Parker, will be buried Thursday in the Cresent, Iowa, Cemetery. Church services will be at the Church of Christ, Pastor Arthur Wallace will conduct the services. Mortician services were performed by Kennethy Hennesy-Van Cleave. Pallbearers will be Charles Stevens, George Stevens, Floyd Stevens, Lloyd Stevens and Ralph Parker.

Steve Parker was born December 28, 1913 at Blenco, Iowa. In November of 1937, he married Verna Parker at Mangolia, Iowa. He was employed at the old Kelly Ryan Co. in 1951 and was recently employed with Kelly Ryan Equipment Co. for sixteen years.

He is survived by his wife, Verna and his daughters, Mrs. LaVon (Phyllis) Johnson from Fremont, Mrs. Don (Kathy) Wheat from Missouri Valley, Ia., Mrs. Neil (Linda) Pool from Idaho Falls, Idaho, and Nancy at home. He had one sister, Bertha Edwards from Kelso, Washington and two brothers, Dave from Portland, Oregon, and Marion from Sioux City, Iowa. He had seven grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
