DOROTHY C. RATHMAN, 86

Services for Dorothy C. Rathman, age 86 of Blair who died March 27, 1992 in Memorial Community Hospital in Blair were Monday, March 30 at the Congregational Church with Rev. Harold Schaible officiating. Burial was in the Blair Cemetery.

Dorothy Rogers was born to John Morris and Hattie Frink Rogers on July 25, 1905 at Central City, Nebraska. She graduated from Central City High School and attended Kearney State College. She taught school for seven years in Merrick County, Nebraska.

She married George C. Rathman on October 10, 1936 and they resided in Blair where George worked with the Blair newspaper.

Dorothy was a resident at Good Shepherd Home for several years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, three sisters and four brothers.

A son, Andrew currently resides in Sterling, Virginia.

Other survivors include three grandchildren; two nieces, Mary (Mrs. Howard) Dooley of Omaha, Nebraska and Billie Ruth (Mrs. Jay) Gee of Central City, Nebraska; and one nephew, Dr. Earl A. Rogers of Port Richey, Florida.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
