Funeral services were held at the Latter Day Saints church in this city, Friday afternoon at 2 o’clock for Mrs. Stephen Raver of Ainsworth, Nebr. who died April 21, at her home. She was formerly of this county, having moved near Ainsworth in 1904. She was born in Linn county, Iowa and was past seventy-one years of age at the time of her death. Burial was made in the Blair cemetery.

Mrs. Steve Raver died at her home near Ainsworth, Neb., on Tuesday, April 21st from gall stones and other complications. The body was brought here Thursday evening and the funeral service held at 2 o’clock Friday afternoon at the Latter Day Saints church, Elder Carl C. Self of Omaha officiating. Hannah Jane Kimball was born in Linn county, Ia., February 24th, 1854, so was pst 71 years of age. She was first married to Bert T. Norris, Sr., and three children of that marriage survive her, Bert and Fred Norris of this city and Mrs. Mary Robbins of Bingham, Utah. On December 9th, 1901 she was married to Stephen Raver and three years later they moved to the ranch near Ainsworth where she died. Mrs. Bert Norris went out about a week before she passed away to help care for her. Her brother, H. H. Kimball of Shaw, Kansas, arrived too late to see her alive. With Mr. Raver they returned with the body for burial here.
