GOLDIE RAY DIED TUESDAY IN CALIFORNIA

Mrs. Goldie Ray, wife of Clifford Ray, died last Tuesday, February 3rd at Santa Clara, California. She was 80 years of age and was born at Blair on May 3, 1895. The Rays lived at Parkview Manor on south Sixteenth Street.

The deceased is survived by her husband, Clifford and by one daughter, Sue, who is Mrs. Okey Fields of San Jose, California. She has two sisters living at Blair, Mrs. Eva Mulford and Mrs. Glen Nicholson, also of Blair.

Funeral services were held at the First Baptist Church Sunday afternoon, February 8th, the Rev. James Metzgar conducting the service. Burial was made in the Blair Cemetery under the direction of the Campbell Mortuary.

Pallbearers were Quentin and Jeff Quist, Ross and Glen Nicholson, and Mike and Steve Goff.
