LOIS MARIE RAY, 51

Services were September 30 at Country Bible Church near Blair for Lois Ray, 51 of Tekamah who died September 25, 1991 at the Tekamah Nursing Center. Rev. Charles Larsen officiated. Burial was in the Tekamah Cemetery.

Lois Marie Ray was born December 30, 1939 in Bronson, Iowa to John and Evelyn Thompson LeMoine. She attended school in Iowa and Metro Tech College in Omaha, receiving a degree in child development.

She had cooked at the Blair Marina. She wrote poetry and had some of her poems published.

She was a member of the Eagles Club, Bluffs Homemakers Club, Rebekah Lodge and a Bible study group.

She was preceded in death by her father and a daughter, Carla Ham.

She is survived by two daughters, Wanda Luark of Tekamah and LaRae Maguire of Omaha; two sons, Kelvin Ham of Hopkins, South Carolina and Kirby Ham of Mondamin, Iowa; her mother, Evelyn Ham of Galva, Iowa; three grandchildren, Brian Maguire, Anne Maguire and Jennifer Luark; five sisters and two brothers.

Pallbearers were Art Ray, Steve Cook, Brian Maguire, Brent Ham, Brandon Ham and David Arnold.
