Sandra L. Reedy, 68, of rural Washington County, died Thursday, Feb. 26, 2009, in Omaha.

Funeral services are 11 a.m., Tuesday, March 3, at Sievers-Sprick Funeral Home in Fort Calhoun. A private burial is planned.

Sandra Lee Bohannon was born June 14, 1940, in Lebanon, Mo.

She had married James H. Hazleton in 1957, and Charles H. Blake Jr. in 1966.

She loved putting together puzzles and crocheting, and made baby blankets for all new arrivals for family and friends. She was a long time member of Al-A-Non.

She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, N. Sue Blake and Allen Soll of Tekamah; Cindy Whitmarsh of Des Moines, Iowa; Tirzah and Carl Hebert of Bellevue; Tamara Brown of Omaha; 10 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; aunt, Lucille Hoyt of California; uncle, Elmer McDowell of Utah; a nephew; many other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Grace Bohannon; a brother, Halet Bohannon; and a granddaughter, Beverly Ann Whitmarsh.
