ALFRED REEH, 82

Funeral services were Tuesday, May 29 at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home for Alfred Reeh, 82 of Blair, who died at Good Shepherd Home May 25, 1990. Military graveside services were held in the Blair Cemetery.

Alfred Reeh was born on September 20, 1907 at Blair to Peter and Sophie Bruse Reeh. He attended elementary school in Blair and graduated from Blair High School. He married Leora Petersen on June 12, 1929 in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

For many years, he was a meat cutter in various stores in Blair and later worked for the Safeway Stores in Omaha, retiring in 1973. In 1978 he moved to Blair and resided here until his death. He was a member of the Blair Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Leora in 1979; parents, Peter and Sophie Reeh; brothers, Chris, George, Rudy; sisters, Lena Oye and Dora Wulf; and two nephews, Bob Wulf and Charles Oye.

He is survived by nieces and nephews, Harlan Wulf, Verna Stork and Imogene Clements, all of Blair; Arlene Petersen, Omaha; Dick Reeh, Missouri Valley, Iowa; Harold Oye, Evelyn Craig, Dorothy Waters, Marge Ozier, all of Arthur, Illinois; and Kenneth Oye of Decatur, Illinois.
