MARVIN REHBEIN, 67

Marvin C. Rehbein of Tucson, Arizona, died February 17, 1988.

Funeral services were held February 22, in Vail, Iowa, with Rev. Robert C. Tollefson officiating. Interment was in Crawford Heights Memory Garden, Denison, Iowa.

Born July 14, 1920, in Montrose, Colorado, he graduated from Correctionville, Iowa, High School in 1938. He then moved to Denison where he was employed as the Meat Department Manager of the Thrifty Food Store.

In 1947, he and his wife Helen (Gray) moved to Vail, where they purchased a grocery and meat business. In 1957, the business became a major meat wholesale company known as Marvin’s Provisions.

Survivors include his wife, Helen; three children, Suzanne and her husband, Nick Gangemi of Penfield, New York; Lori and her husband, Ron Hineline of Blair; and Cary Rehbein of Lincoln; 7 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
