REINHARD J. HANK, 74

Funeral services for Reinhold J. Hank, age 74, of Hooper, who died on Monday, October 22, 1990 at Memorial Community Hospital in Fremont will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 25, at Calvary United Methodist Church in Fremont, Doctor Fred Richart officiating. Burial will be at the Hooper Cemetery in Hooper, Nebraska.

Reinhard J. Hank was born January 17, 1916 in Stanton County, Nebraska to Gustav and Marie Hank, and grew up in Winside, Nebraska. He lived for 20 years in the Arlington area and retired from Consolidated Blenders in Arlington in 1978 and moved to Hooper three years ago.

He served in the United States Army during World War II, serving from 1941 until 1945. He was a life member of the North Bend VFW Post. The North Bend VFW post will conduct the military graveside services.

On October 26, 1948, he married Ina M. Shufelt in Sioux City, Iowa.

He was preceded in death by both his parents; two sisters, Alvina Magdantz and Emma Patstein; two brothers, Gustav and Emil; and one grandson.

He is survived by his wife, Ina Hank; four sons, James and Russell of Hooper; Walter of Arlington; and Rodney of Fremont; two brothers, Henry of Knoxville, Iowa; and John of Yakima, Washington; 4 sisters, Louise Lambrecht of El Dorado, Missouri; Annie Talbot of Norfolk; and Ida Hank and Henrietta Jensen of Winside; and ten grandchildren.

Pallbearers are William Kalvelage, Virgil Papstein, Robert and Michael Hank, Donnie Talbot and Richard Janssen.

Visitation is ongoing at Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont.
