Donna Husk, 85, of Herman, died Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2013, at Carter House in Blair.

Funeral services were Monday, Sept. 9, at Herman Community Church in Herman. Interment was in the Blair Cemetery.

Visitation was held Sunday at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home.

Donna Hannah was born on April 5, 1928, in Blanchard, Iowa, to David and Florence (Knight) Hannah. In 1946 she graduated from Blair High School. On July 1, 1951, she was united in marriage to Lyle Husk at First United Methodist Church in Blair. To this union two children were born. She worked at several different businesses in Blair and was a clerk for the City of Blair and the Village of Herman. She was always very active with church and community activities. She spent countless hours, over the years, assisting other people in Herman with their daily activities. She always had a passion for traveling to different states and researching her family genealogy.

She is survived by her sons, Gordon (Kris) Husk of Blair, Gale Husk of Omaha; grandchildren Brian, Alex, Brynn and Sara; and great-grandchildren Stryker and Torri.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
