RUSSELL L. RENSHAW, 72
Services for Russell L. Renshaw, 72 of Tekamah who died November 23, 1993 at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair will be Saturday, November 27 at Hamel-Peck Pelan Funeral Home in Tekamah. Rev. Charles A. Bailey will officiate. Graveside military rites will be held by Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 3304 with burial in the Tekamah Cemetery.
Visitation will be Friday from 1 p.m.-8 p.m. and Saturday until time of services.
Russell L. Renshaw was born November 6, 1921 at Orum, Nebraska to Leslie E. and Ethel V. Brown. He was a 1941 graduate of Tekamah High School.
He married June Hemmingsen December 22, 1950 at Millard.
He was a retired mill operator at a grain elevator where he had worked for 35 years.
He belonged to VFW Post No. 3304 in Tekamah.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Marilyn McClanhand.
He is survived by his wife, June, Tekamah; daughters, Joani Renshaw, Jan (Mrs. Dick) Rasmussen; and Annette (Mrs. Michael ) Tomasiewicz, all of Tekamah; one sister, Shirley (Mrs. Harvey) Walker of Tekamah; a half-brother, Robert Taylor of Tekamah; and six grandchildren.
