YOUNG FARMER DIES

The death of Charlie C. Paulson occurred at the Blair hospital Thursday night following an operation on Wednesday.

The deceased was born near Ft. Calhoun, Febr. 21, 1894 and was therefore thirty years old. He was married May 18, 1921, to Miss Lillie Brandt of Ft. Calhoun, who survives him. He also leaves his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Chris Paulson of this city and his sister, Mrs. Henry Wulburn, who resides near Kennard.

Mr. and Mrs. Paulson were farming on the Paulson farm south of town and had high hopes for the future which have been so sadly blighted for the young wife.

Funeral services were held on Saturday afternoon from the home of Chris Paulson, in Dexterville at 2:30 followed by service from the German church at 3:00 o’clock. Interment was made in the Blair Cemetery.
