SEVEN-MONTH OLD DROWNS IN BATH TUB

Seven month old Jamie Jo Reuling of Guy’s Trailer Court at 1305 State Street in Blair, drowned in a bath tub Wednesday morning, October 9th. The Blair Rescue Squad was called to the scene of the accident, but could not save the youngster.

Jamie Jo is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Reuling of Blair. Reportedly the infant was taking a bath with her two year old sister, Teresa Reuling, when the accident took place.

Services for Jamie Jo Reuling were held at the First Baptist Church at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 12. Rev. James Metzgar will officiate with the Campbell Mortuary in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include the parents and sister, Teresa. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Maldonado of Kennard; Everett Reuling of Blair and Mrs. C.L. Vincent of Germany. Great-grandparents are Helen Winslow of Omaha, Nellie Reuling of Blair, and Hazel McBride of Fremont.
