DUANE REYNOLDS, 72
Services for Duane Reynolds, 72 of Council Bluffs, Iowa, who died Oct. 18, 1996 at Pikes Peak Hospice in Colorado Springs, Colo. will be 11 a.m. Thurs., Oct. 24 at Epworth United Methodist Church in Council Bluffs.
Visitation will be from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the McCurdy Funeral Home in Council Bluffs and one hour prior to the service at the church.
Duane Myron Reynolds was born Oct. 21, 1923 in Palmer, Neb., to Ralph and Grace Collins Reynolds. He was a long-time resident of Council Bluffs where he worked as a salesman at Sears Roebuck & Co. in the appliance department for many years. He had recently moved to Colorado to live with his daughter and her family.
He was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church in Council Bluffs.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Reynolds Dec. 23, 1992.
He is survived by one daughter, Barbara Gerschefske of Florissant, Colo.; three sons, Robert Reynolds of Pleasant Hill, Calif.; David Reynolds of Council Bluffs; and John Reynolds of Omaha; nine grandchildren; one sister, Jean Jensen of Blair; nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
